We are a grower for Cabbage inc. of Westlake, Ohio. We grow 100 acres of red cabbage that is eventually processed for the bagged salads market

We transplant our cabbage into twin row beds weekly April through early July. The cabbage is all hand harvested with the assistance of a Veg-Veyer. Red Dynasty, Red Success, and Super Red 115 are our varieties. We begin harvest in July and finish harvesting in November.
